Who is sectest.team?
We are the penetration testing team of the mgm security partners GmbH!
We come from all fields: computer science, physics, maths, and all of us are enthusiastic security professionals.
We love to dig deep into systems, applications and data streams. Just to prove to ourselves and others that there is a vulnerability no one else found.
Looking for vulnerabilities is often a custom-made process. That’s why we complement each other in our team: we support each other, develop our own professional skills and learn from each other.
We extract our know-how from the massive knowledge base that we have built and carefully maintained over the years.

In short: a German IT company specialized in Web Application Security with over 20 years in business that serves customers like BMW, Siemens, Bosch, Vattenfall. Besides penetration testing, we also provide the full range of application security services, including consulting, source code analysis and specialized seminars about cyber security.

Is security delivered by a German company really an advantage? We believe, it is. As you probably know, we Germans struggle with the prejudice to be super security aware and very precise in what we do. And yes, that’s just the way we are!
With our 15 years of experience we have developed very efficient testing techniques that we apply with every penetration test. And instead of giving generic and unspecific advices for countermeasures in our reports, in many cases we are able to precisely describe a very specific solution for the discovered vulnerability.
The penetration tests “Made in Germany” are carried out either from our headquarter in Germany or from our offshore location in Vietnam.
